This extensive project included brand development across a range of communication material with regular assessment and refinement.
As an established and leading Real Estate Agent, R&W must market itself not only as a brand within the Real Estate industry but also as an agent responsible for the marketing of properties.
The work produced for the R&W brand included - Brand Story and Style Guide, Internal Communication material, Franchisee Recruitment Program, National Awards Program and a Web2Print stationery and collateral portal.
For the R&W Agent side - Print advertising templates were developed for close to 300 size and publication variations. Agent's Pre Listing Kit, Agent editable newsletter for property owners and investors, Signboards, Window Cards, Brochures, Flyers and letter box drop cards just to name a few.
New Dialogue - For Group Momentum.
As a sub-brand of ikon communication, the New Dialogue brand was created to introduce new media channels for the delivery of consumer products.
The symbol represents the conversation or dialogue between brand and consumer. This dialogue is continually assessed and refined in order to keep the consumer engaged. The inclusion of the coma punctuates the design and becomes a critical design feature.
With a modern contemporary feel the New Dialogue brand maintained ikon communications position as leader of the media strategy sector.
Dimeo is a privately owned company with thirty years experience providing the highest quality commercial and industrial cleaning and facilities for many of Australia’s major corporations, blue chip fund investors, global property managers and their major corporate tenants.
Dimeo were not winning contracts as easily as they were in the past and felt a brand refresh as well as internal process reviews would give them greater opportunities.
I designed a logo visualising a clean white "D" sitting on a shiny, squeaky clean background of fresh colour chards to represent various areas of cleaning and maintenance.
An extension of the colour chards radiating from the logo square created a secondary graphic device for use in supporting material.

Town Hall Hotel - Balmain
Purchased by Mike willesee's Trans Media Group, the Town Hall Hotel in Balmain went through a major transformation to bring it inline with other members of the group – The Union Hotel North Sydney and Darwin's Top End Hotel.
Whilst at Cormack Communications i was responsible for the Logo development and extensions including signage, uniforms and printed menu's.

In the development of the New Dialogue Logo/Brand the following document was presented to the major stakeholders – being the two company directors. This document was the second stage of development and instrumental in the sell-in process bedding down the visual methodology underlying the proposed logo and its development.
